Cancellation & Refund Policy

BSKALE SOLUTIONZ believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Refunds

  • We do not provide refunds unless we fail to deliver the service as promised in the agreement within 30 working days.

  • Refunds will not be given if the delay or issue is caused by the client.

  • Pausing or delaying the service does not make you eligible for a refund.

  • Any payment made as per the agreement is non-refundable, unless Indian law requires otherwise.

Cancellations

  • Clients can cancel the service by giving 30 days’ written notice.

  • Immediate cancellation is allowed if:

    • We discontinue the service for 30 days or more without notice (refund provided for the unused portion).

    • Either party is found engaging in illegal operations under Indian law or the client’s country law.

How to Request

  • All cancellations and refund requests must be sent in writing via email (hello@bskale.com) or official communication (Tel: +91 8050450852).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-15 working days according to company policy.
